By accessing or using Sales360 Expo (the “Application”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Application immediately.

1. About Sales360 Expo

Sales360 Expo is a business application built to help organisations manage exhibition, trade fair, and event visitors. The Application enables users to:

• Capture and manage visitor contact details
• Add contacts manually, online and offline
• Scan and digitise visiting cards using the device camera
• Organise visitor interactions and follow-up activities
• Export and manage lead data

2. Eligibility

Use of Sales360 Expo is permitted only for authorised business entities, employees, representatives, or agents of subscribed client organisations.

3. User responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information while using the Application
• Use the Application solely for legitimate business purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws
• Obtain consent from visitors before capturing or storing their personal information where legally required

4. Offline data storage

Sales360 Expo may allow temporary offline storage of contact and visitor information on the user’s device to enable uninterrupted functionality. Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Offline data remains the responsibility of the client organisation
• Users must synchronise data promptly when connectivity becomes available
• Concord Technosoft Pvt Ltd is not liable for loss of unsynchronised offline data due to device malfunction, deletion, theft, or unauthorised access

5. Visiting card scanning

The Application includes optical scanning technology to extract information from business cards.

• Scanning accuracy may vary depending on card quality, lighting, orientation, and print clarity
• Users are responsible for verifying extracted data before saving or using it
• Concord Technosoft Pvt Ltd is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from OCR or scanning limitations

6. Data ownership

All visitor, lead, and contact data entered into Sales360 Expo remains the sole property of the respective client organisation. Concord Technosoft Pvt Ltd does not claim ownership of any client data.

7. Data security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect stored data. However, no system is completely secure. Clients acknowledge that:

• Internet transmission may carry inherent risks
• Device-level security is the responsibility of the user or client
• Users must protect devices used to access the Application

8. Acceptable use restrictions

Users shall not:

• Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or replicate the Application
• Upload malicious software, scripts, or harmful content
• Access another client’s data without authorisation

9. Service availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, Concord Technosoft Pvt Ltd does not guarantee continuous availability. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance activities, technical upgrades, network issues, or third-party service disruptions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concord Technosoft Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business opportunities or revenue
• Data loss due to user error or device failure
• Inaccurate scanning or contact extraction
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application

11. Intellectual property

All software, design, branding, source code, features, and related intellectual property of Sales360 Expo are exclusively owned by Concord Technosoft Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination of access

Concord Technosoft Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Misuse or unauthorised access is detected
• Required subscription or contractual obligations are not fulfilled

13. Modifications to these terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Application after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
