All visitor and lead data collected through the Application belongs to the respective client organisation. Concord Technosoft Pvt Ltd does not claim ownership of client data and processes it only to provide the service.
4. Offline data handling
The Application may store data locally on the device when offline.
- Offline data remains under the control of the client or user
- Data should be synced once internet connectivity is available
- We are not responsible for loss of offline data due to device issues
5. Visiting card scanning
The app uses scanning technology to extract information from business cards.
- Accuracy may vary based on card quality and conditions
- Users are responsible for verifying scanned data
6. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data may only be shared:
- With authorised users within the same client organisation
- With service providers necessary to operate the Application
- When required by law or legal process

We implement reasonable security measures to protect data, including:

However, no system is completely secure, and users must also ensure device-level security.

Data is retained as long as required by the client organisation or as necessary to provide services.
